“My favorite thing about working with children is seeing how a child can develop so many skills in a short period of time. I’m always fascinated by their sense of wonder, their ability to soak in knowledge, and the way that each personality plays an important part in the dynamic of the group. It’s especially rewarding to have a job where I receive smiles, laughter, and hugs. Working at CDA, I am reminded of what I enjoy the most: the loving feeling that exists here and the way parents and teachers work together, allowing us to witness the growth within each child. I have a strong passion for teaching and making sure every child’s needs are met, respected, and validated. I look forward to supporting each child’s growth as well as learning from them myself every day!”
