“As a first time mom there was a lot of nerves about finding the perfect place for my child to go for daycare. CDA Vadnais Heights was the first place that I scheduled a tour of. I loved the good reviews online, and how they had won awards for being a great early learning facility. I fully intended to just tour the place and then go look at a few other options, but as soon as we stepped foot in the door I knew this was the place for us. My daughter instantly seemed excited about all the fun and new things she saw. The director who guided us around the facility was so very friendly and helped answer any questions we had. Every person we met that worked there was friendly and helpful. The kids all looked well cared for and had an abundance of support and activities.
When we first enrolled her it was only part time. Grandma wanted to keep her for a bit longer and we weren’t sure how our daughter would acclimate to such a change. Within a week or two we could see that she was truly starting to enjoy being there. She started to meet and exceed her learning milestones within no time and was making sure to give all her friends high fives when it was time to say goodbye each night. After a few months we decided she should go full time and we have not regretted a single moment since. She is only 2 and already knows most of her letters, can count to 5 (10 with assistance), knows colors and shapes and has so many friends that she eagerly looks forward to seeing each day. A big win is they have helped potty train her. Not even 2.5 and she is almost completely potty trained.
The teachers and aides are all so nice and treat each child as if they are their own. The facility is clean, bright, and full of fun artwork all the students have done. There is an indoor gym, and outdoor equipment so my full of energy toddler has plenty of opportunity to explore and play. They also bring in fun experiences for the kids to enjoy. I also like the safety measures they take to ensure the kids are kept safe and only taken out by those approved by the parent.
I can not recommend this place enough. I tell everyone I know that they should enroll here. You will not be disappointed!”
