“I have been bringing my children to CDA for 4 plus years now. Many have gone through all of the classrooms. The staff is always amazing and you can tell they genuinely care for each child. There is rarely any turnover with staff so there are always familiar faces. To me, this speaks loudly as to how great of a leadership team they have as well as a great workplace environment. In my experience, when the staff is happy, the children in this case are well taken care of.
